One in five breast cancer hormone tests in a Quebec study (out of 15 tissue samples) were wrong compared to the results from a reliable lab.Luckily, the Quebec health minister, Yves Bolduc, is a doctor and he has the proper knowledge and vision for fixing these kinds of problems.For example, he wants to use the Toyota production system as a model to improve the quality and efficiency of health care services (Deloitte & Touche).
