Online medical blogging: don’t do it!

Why would you, as a physician, put yourself in a precarious position by posting personal feelings, opinions, and attitudes on a public website?

Time to quote William Shakespeare:

To Blog, or not to Blog, that is the Question:
Whether ’tis Nobler in the minde to suffer
The Slings and Arrowes of outragious Fortune,
Or to Rant Online against a Sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them: to Monetize your Blog!
